40 pounds Down


My first day toward a 40 pound weight loss was not too difficult. It is always harder for me at the end of the day. I may have cut back too much. I only ate 1200 calories. Drinking enough water and exercising is also crucial to weight loss.

The most important thing that you can do when you set a goal is to have a written plan. In 2020, the way I achieved most of my goals was through having a plan with written steps to achieve those goals. Sometimes you may need to adjust your plan, but keep working toward your goal. If I can do it, you can too!! Here’s to our success in 2021!
