5.4 pounds down!

Hey you! Guess what? I loss 5.4 pounds in 2 weeks! I have been limiting my carbohydrates to 50 grams per day. I have been consistent with my water intake of about 64 ounces of water each day. I really wanted to walk everyday, but unexpected things kept happening. 🤷🏽‍♀️ We are in the middle of a pandemic.

I did walk about 20 to 30 minutes 4 days this

week. Another important thing to remember is to get up and move! Instead of having 4 favorite TV shows, drop one and replace it with some type of exercise. I‘m am super excited to get pass a long plateau and back to shedding the pounds. I have 34.6 pounds to go. How is your journey going? Are you ready? Let’s go!🥰😉
