My Day on the Road to 40 pounds lighter

This has been quite the day. Very disheartening, but I’m confident that our country will rise above this adversity. We are better together.


Even with everything going on today, I was able to exercise and have a healthy intake. I didn’t drink enough water. I get busy and forget to drink water. 🤷🏽‍♀️ It’s a constant battle.


I have been looking at my protein and carb intake. I have the best success with weight loss when I have a low carbohydrate diet and higher protein. It’s important to choose healthy protein. My goal is to keep my daily carb intake between 90 to no more than 150 grams.
