The Road to a 40 pound weight loss
It’s been a couple of days since I blogged. Well, I didn’t get to work out on Friday. I made up for that today with a 30 minute core and cardio workout. I am limiting my carbs to between 25 and 50 carbs a day with 90 to 100 grams of protein. That’s the goal anyway. It’s keto. 🤷🏽♀️
I know it works! You just have to be careful with it. Drink plenty of water and choose healthy protein. My Friday was not perfect, but with every new day you can try again.
I want to continue to be a positive example for my family. Everything is possible with a plan and hard work. Now, let me ask you a question. What did you do today to work on becoming a healthier you?
Start with 30 minutes of cardio at least 3 days a week. Even if you have to break it down into 3 separate 10 minute walks, it is still the same as doing 30 minutes at once. What are you waiting for my friend? Let’s get started! 💪🏽 🥰
