Today’s Keto Friendly Meals

I hope you all had a great Monday. The family loves the first day of the meal prep. Here is what I had to eat today.


Breakfast

Egg Frittata with peppers, onions, sausage, and spinach and a side of salsa.


Lunch

Blackened Salmon, grilled vegetable, Greek salad with feta cheese.


Dinner

Taco seasoned turkey, lettuce, shredded cheese, salsa, guacamole, and boiled egg and avocado salad.



Dessert

Keto Peanut Butter Brownie with whip cream
